SCOPE OF WORK

 A)    Tender Engineering

i)   Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Studies

ii)  Assistance in selection of EPC Contractor.

iii)   Invitation of Tenders, Pre- Bid conference, Site visit, Clarification to the Bidders.

iv)  Technical  & Financial Evaluation of Bids, Selection of competent EPC Contractor, Negotiation & Finalization of Contract Agreement and Award of Work

        B)        Project Management

i)        Review of Engineering Designs and Drawings. Examination and Approval of the Construction Drawings submitted by the EPC Contractor for execution of works.

ii)       Review of machines and equipments to be refurbished.

iii)     Supervision of Civil/Electrical works comprising of intake structure, High Lift and Low lift pumps and station instruments.

iv)    Testing and Quality Control of Civil works, Electrical & Mechanical equipments/parts before shipment.

v)       Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical & Mechanical Works.

vi)     Overall Project Management to ensure its implementation as per agreed schedules.

vii)  Preparation of Operation and Management Plans

viii)                Review of water tapings on the pipe for Deka community and also refurbishment of ZINWA water treatment plant for township.

 

 

 

 

2)  Custom Built Simulators for 220MW and 120MW Thermal Power Units and to train the trainees for skill development of Zimbabwean Engineers & operators in Zimbabwe (in association with WAPCOS).

 

     SCOPE OF WORK

 

a)  Design, Engineering, Supply, Testing and commissioning including hardware Custom Built Simulators for 220MW and 120MW Thermal Power Units.

     b)    Off- site training programme for ZPC Personnel:

            i) Senior Management Level Training.

           ii) Post Graduate Induction Level Training.

          iii) Simulator Training.

         iv) Technical Training.

 

3)  PMC (Project Management Consultancy) for Lift Irrigation Project in

    Odisha (in association with WAPCOS)

 

     SCOPE OF WORK

      Overall project management regarding construction management, quality management, certification of RA bill and final bill, site supervision, review and verification of data/documents/specification of equipment submitted by the contractor and provide help in taking over the schemes of the clusters by the Owner.

 

4) PMC (Project Management Consultancy) for Mega Lift Irrigation Project in

       Odisha for Cluster-IX (Lot1) (in association with WAPCOS)

 

SCOPE OF WORK

      Overall project management regarding construction management, quality management, certification of RA bill and final bill, site supervision, review and verification of data/documents/specification of equipment submitted by the contractor and provide help in taking over the schemes of the clusters by the Owner.

 

5)  PMC (Project Management Consultancy) for Mega Lift Irrigation Project in

       Odisha for Cluster-XIII (Lot2) (in association with WAPCOS)

 

SCOPE OF WORK

      Overall project management regarding construction management, quality management, certification of RA bill and final bill, site supervision, review and verification of data/documents/specification of equipment submitted by the contractor and provide help in taking over the schemes of the clusters by the Owner.

 

6) Design & engineering, Site supervision of Electro-Mechanical and Electrical Works for Project in Africa (Export Targeting Modern Irrigated Agriculture Projects, Rwanda)

 

SCOPE OF WORK

 

      Design a Engineering, Supervision, Testing and Commissioning of:

 

(i)       Mechanical Equipment such as pumps. Motors and allied accessories including delivery pipes. Pressure gauges etc

(ii)     Electrical Equipment including HT/LT Distribution panels, control panels and DG set including connection to the existing Grid for ensuring 24 hr. power supply to the pumps, control devices, complete cabling and earthing works.

 

7)  Energy Audit of Distribution Network of TATA Power Delhi   Distribution Limited (TPDDL).

     SCOPE OF WORK

(i)      Assessment of the complete electrical distribution system like Single Line Diagram (SLD), Substation Equipments, Transformer, cable loading, Feeder wise loading, normal and emergency loads, electricity distribution in various areas.

(ii)    Assessment of feeder wise connected load at various voltage levels, billing (with break up) done at each voltage level.

(iii)  Assessment of feeder wise losses and suggesting the methods to minimize the same.

(iv)  Assessment of quality of electrical safety and protective systems like Main switches, MCCBs, MCBs, ELCBs/RCBs, Isolators etc.

(v)    Study of power quality issues like power factors, voltage, currents, active powers, reactive powers, apparent powers, Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) & Harmonics at various load feeders and consequently exploring the solution for improving the power quality

(vi)  Study of Reactive Power Management and option for power factor improvement

(vii) Collection of inventory data of all connected load including Capacitors to be recorded showing details on rated wattage per kW, operating hours/ Peak load on daily basis.

(viii)        Load unbalance with respect to voltage and current shall be checked.

(ix)  Assessment of adequacy of tests being conducted by DISCOMs as per the relevant standards, analysis of results of tests conducted by DISCOMs in FY 2016-17 as per the relevant standards and recommending the need of any additional tests/ change the frequency of tests to be conducted.

(x)    Exploration the Energy Conservation Option (ENCON) in electrical distribution system to optimize transformer loading & improving in level metering

 

8)    Survey, design, supply of equipment and supervision of installation, testing and commissioning of Cathodic Protection

      Cathodic protection for existing pipeline at Deka Pumping station includes:

(i)                Survey

(ii)              Design engineering including BOQ

(iii)            Inspection and testing plan

(iv)            Installation procedures and execution methodology

(v)              Testing and commissioning procedures

 

      The cathodic protection of 42 km pipeline which is passing through difficult terrain including Marshy land, rock and river crossing having high conductivity.

      Technology used for Cathodic protection is impressed current on the pipeline which requires precise calculations.

 

9) Supply, Delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of various equipments related to Thermal Power Plant
